Planning Appeal 2009
We appealed against the decision of the DNPA refusing us planning permission. This resulted in a Public Inquiry which took place from 28th to 30th April 2009. Appeal Decision
Mr Brian Cook, the Planning Inspector, issued his decision on 1st June 2009 granting us temporary planning permission for 5 years (until 30th June 2014). The decision is subject to various conditions. You can read the decision in full (PDF).
