Planning Appeal 2009

We appealed against the decision of the DNPA refusing us planning permission.  This resulted in a Public Inquiry which took place from 28th to 30th April 2009.  We submitted various documents to the Planning Inspectorate forming our case in the Appeal.  You can look at our proofs of evidence by downloading the pdf's below.  You will need a PDF viewer such as Adobe Acrobat or Foxit Reader.

Appeal Decision

Mr Brian Cook, the Planning Inspector, issued his decision on 1st June 2009 granting us temporary planning permission for 5 years (until 30th June 2014). The decision is subject to various conditions. You can read the decision in full (PDF).
