Kate makes and sells natural skincare products using herbs she has grown herself at Steward Wood. Her products are chemical free, made using only pure and natural ingredients. What we put on our skin is important as it goes into our bloodstream and affects our health. Kate is dedicated to using all natural recipes which work to create high quality, healthy skincare. The range of products currently available includes gardeners handcream, comfrey and rosemary healing salve, cocoa and orange body butter, lip balm, nappy rash cream, and various bath and massage oils. Massage
There are many benefits to massage including relaxation, release of stress and tension, improved sleep and emotional well-being, muscle tone, detoxification, and improved circulation. Kate has over ten years of experience practising massage. She works with the individual using aromatherapy oils to create a treatment to suit their needs, drawing on a range of techniques including effleurage, petrissage, deep tissue and lymphatic drainage.
